This looks like a good tool however its missing customizable work flows. Also I don’t know if you have proxy users. If you look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue_tracking_systems you might get an idea for more features. Also the layout could use some work. Over all though it looks like a very decent tool.
